Merry Christmas to Everyone here at Aminus3

Posted by Eric Fry (Houston, TX, United States) on 25 December 2008 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

In a play on the photo I posted last Christmas, I did this little still life with some flowers picked in my backyard. Just a little gift of nature's color for all those in the colder and snow-covered regions.

There are still green leaves on many trees waiting to turn color and fall. We usually don't get completely bare trees until January, and even then we have many magnolias and live oaks that keep their leaves along with the pine trees. So far the St. Augustine and Bermuda grasses haven't gone completely dormant yet (but that will likely change this week) and a good dose of fertilizer late in January will have me mowing the yard in mid-February.

I hope you all have a great holiday season!

Cheers,
Eric

Thanks for visiting, and I hope you all have a great day,
Eric
