Nighttime HDR - House 2

@Roman: Thank you very much, Roman! I could have minimized the orange cast by moving quite a bit to the left(and I almost went out and did just that the night before this photo came up!) but I like this veiw of the house much better than a straight-on view.

@Earnest: It is really interesting how a house or building becomes so bright in an HDR, even though my longest available exposure time is only 8 seconds. Thanks for the comment, Ernie!

@PD: Thanks, PD. The two houses in these images are some of the newer ones out here; most of the homes (like mine) are 40 - 50 years old, and a very different building style. It's still a nice place to live because the lots in my part of the neighborhood are acres. The urban sprawl is starting to get too close for my tastes, and I'm looking forward to moving out to a rural area in the next few years.

It's possible that those are satellites, but I don't think so, as they would have left much longer trails in this set of images. There aren't as many stars visible in this one compared to the last one, because there is a brightly lit shopping center about a half-mile behind this house, where the other one had only more houses behind it. We can see the stars fairly well out here in Kingwood, but not as well as I'd like.
