The Old Marina - 4

When my family first moved to this neighborhood in the early 70's there were houses lining the banks of the marina on the left side of this shot. Most of those houses were destroyed in a huge flood in 1994, and most of those property owners accepted a buyout from FEMA. A large chunk of our community went silent then.
