Coreopsis in HDR

@Earnest: Wind was one thing I was concerned with, too, Ernie. There was a light breeze that day, but enough to move the flower around quite a bit from frame to frame. In Photomatix Pro 3 there is a setting to align the images by features. This lined up the flower and stem pretty well, and automatically cropped the edges. If you look closely at the background grass, especially near the top of the image, you'll notice some strange ripples and artifacts. That's where the program allowed for misalignment in the unfocused part in order to get the focused subject aligned.
