@Observing: Thanks, Mike. This is at a local park that I take a lot of my insect photos at. Some snakes, deer and colorful fungi there, too.

That's a great use of contrast. Looks like a postcard! (On the other hand I know it was taken near Houston and is as hot as.... Well, you know.)

@Earnest: Thanks so much, Earnest. This day was actually quite nice, as it was taken a couple of months ago. It's definitely hot and mosquito-filled at that spot now, though.
