Beautifully seen. The contrast of the rough and brittle leaf against the soft light filtering to the mud bottom create a sensation of cradled light.

@Stephen Phillips: Thank so much for looking back through my portfolio! My friend Barry and I were out in a local park doing some shooting and I had the idea to float a leaf on the water for a few shots. This was from when I had first started photography, and had little knowledge beyond how to press the shutter button! I need to do some more photos like this, and perhaps even use my original little 5MP Nikon to get some softness in the shots.
